Cancellations & Refunds

Registration cancellations must be received in writing to PCC Event Management.

Cancellations received before 25th April 2010 will incur an administration fee of $150.00.

Registration refunds WILL NOT be given after this date, however substitute delegates are welcome with advice of changed details in writing.

Hotel cancellations must be advised in writing to PCC Event Management.

A delegate list is available at the Conference – when you register we ask you to tell us if you will allow your

to appear on the delegate list.  The list will only be given to other delegates on request at the Conference and the Sponsors & Exhibitors. PCC Event Management and the CRC Association will only use your details to market the Conference to you next year.

Any Credit Card Payments taken through the On-Line Registration page is done through a secure gateway.  We do not receive your credit card information, only that your payment was successful.
