To attend the Conference please complete the online registration form, group registration form or download a softcopy of the registration form for faxing or posting. Please note that group registrations are for 5 or more delegates from the same organisation.
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

*Delegates registered under the group registration rate must be registered consecutively and be from the same organisation.

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Please note that debits to your credit card, excluding accommodation, will appear as ICMS Australasia on your credit card statement.
* Note that if you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge from Australia to be processed. Allow up to 48 hours (this is due to the time difference between our countries).
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 2 April 2012 will receive a full refund less AUD150.00 administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received on or after 2 April 2012 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate in writing.
